MEET OUR GM, JERSEY!

Jersey brings over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He is known for building a family style environment where everyone holds each other accountable.

Jersey began his career in the fast food industry as a cook. He joined the crew at The Rock as a pizza cook in 2004. Jersey gradually learned every position including dishwashing and supervising. He eventually made his way to General Manager.

Jersey strives to provide an environment that embodies everyone to work as hard as himself.

Jersey attended Wilson High School and graduated in 2000. He is a father of 3 girls.
